How do I register?

High school students may register through the SoCal ROC Career Guidance Specialist or through their home school counseling offices. Students within the Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) 6 school districts will receive priority registration and do not pay a fee for classes. Students outside our districts (ESUSD, IUSD, MBUSD, PVPUSD, RBUSD, TUSD) may still enroll but will have to pay out of pocket or seek financial support.

Please note;

Submitting a pre-registration request to your counselor does not guarantee enrollment into the course
Students enrollment must be approved by your school counselor
SoCal ROC may cancel a course at anytime
SoCal ROC reports the attendance hours and final grades to the students’ high school
The high school determines and awards transcript credit for students based on this information
SoCal ROC reserves the right to dismiss students from the course offering due to excessive absences, excessive tardiness, and other misbehavior
SoCal constantly updates this list of course offerings frequently due to a variety of reasons such as staffing and student demand

Our Career guidance specialists can help you find a career path that fits you and your goals.

Career Guidance Specialists work closely with the high school counselors, serving students as their career resource liaison to assist with student enrollment and registration for all classes offered both on site and at the center campus. The Career Guidance Specialists assist and provide career pathway guidance for students and parents in selecting a Career Technical Education program based on student interest and appropriate placement in a program.

The scheduled Career Center hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. High school students may consult with the following Career Guidance Specialists as assigned:
