A+ Certification

Course Description: For A+ Certification, the candidate must pass both the A+ Essentials exam and the A+ IT Technical exam. Specific aspects of these exams covered in the course include installation, configuration and upgrading, diagnosing and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, motherboard/processors/ memory, printers, and basic networking. Students will have the opportunity to acquire a voucher through SoCal ROC that reduces cost of exams.

Prerequisites: Students must pass the Computer Technician course or have similar experience.
