Landscape Nursery Careers II

Course Description: This program is designed to prepare students for employment in a wide range of entry-level jobs related to Landscape/Nursery occupations. Students are able to take two semesters to develop their skills. The second semester allows the student to develop greater skills. Training is provided in plant identification, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), lawn care, landscape design and installation, gardening, and cultivating vegetables. Students learn to work in nurseries, greenhouses, gardens, parks, and industrial grounds.
